Weekly Prices
The apartment is suitable for families and couples, for 2 or max 4 persons.
There are NO pets allowed and it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
Smokers are kindly being referred to the 20m ² terrace.
Rentals for 2 people is perfectly possible.
Prices / occupations are minimum one week and pro week
As from 3 weeks, separate prices can be discussed, also long occupations and overwintering can be discussed.

Upon arrival you will be received by the responsible "president" of the building, which introduces you to the apartment.

Prices are pro week for the whole apartement with max. 4 persons , minimum 1 week stay.
Fast Wifi = 20 euro/week.
Digital IP TV all-in pack : 25 € / week. ALL UK channels , Belgian, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc .... channels. More than 180 European and not European Channels. A lot of sports, LIVE Sport, BBC, ITV, .... Big FILM library (>1000 films), Audio club, Big library of complete TV series.
Final cleaning = 160 euro.
Refundable security deposit = 250 euro.
Electricity = 100kWh pro week included, excess is settled with deposit after invoice from Endesa company
Water = included.
Bed linnen included.
Beach towels NOT included, please use own beach towels.
Bathroom towels included, but for hygienic reasons NOT to be used on the beaches and at the private pool.
