Selwo Adventure Park - Estepona

My Favourite of all the Costa Del Sol theme parks! It reminds me of Jurassic Park, large open sided lorries drive you through the various animal enclosures and up into the hills above. There are elephants, bears, hippos and so much more to see.
In the summer cover up as its very hot and not much shelter. Wear sensible shoes. There is also a small farm area.

Cocodrilos Park. Parque de cocodrilos en Torremolinos, Málaga

A purpose built Crocodile Park with 300 Crocodiles. You can have the chance to even hold one!
There are guided tours and shows around the park and even a baby crocodile nursery to see.
There is also a mini zoo, kids play area and cafeteria.

Aventura Amazonia - Marbella

Located just 500m from the beach in Elviria, Aventura Amazonia is a relatively new Costa del Sol attraction which is great fun for all members of the family. It's one of our favourite places to go at the moment and quite safe as there are qualified instructors on hand to see you don't come to any harm.
Offering 83 challenges with 20 ziplines over 6 adventure circuits so you can choose the one which best suits you. They include MiniKids, Kids, Explorador, Jungla, Aventura and Deportivo plus three training circuits. It has the longest treetop zipline in Andalusia which is 240m in length.
The MiniKids area has challenges for young children aged 4 to 7, and also offers a creche for parents who want somewhere to leave their little ones while they do the circuits.

Sea Life Centre – Benalmadena

Sea Life Benalmádena is a magical marine experience on the Costa del Sol.
It has over 500.000 litres of water in which swim more than 5.000 different creatures, including species from the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans and even creatures normally found in the Red Sea.

Fuengirola Zoo - Fuengirola

Fuengirola Zoo is also one our favourite days out. Its the perfect size, where you can walk around it numerous times, whereby all the animals will be doing something different.
There are shows throughout day which are really good fun and so many animals to see from Flamingos to Monkeys, Crocodiles to Tigers.

Teleferico Cable Car – Benalmadena

If you like heights and scenery then you must take a trip on the Cable Car that will take you to the peak of Calamorro where you can do a donkey ride, see Spanish horse riding displays or do a bit of rambling, then take a coffee in the cafeteria with its amazing views over Malaga Coastline..

Dolphin World – Gibraltar

If you are visiting Gibraltar to see the Barbary Apes then take a trip to the Dolphin World too.
Dolphin World combines a fascinating cruise around one of the most visually spectacular bays in the world with a chance to see and photograph different species of dolphin, occasional Whales, flying fish, turtles and sunfish- all with commentary on the world of Dolphins.
The cruise takes around an hour and a half.

Bird park Loro Sexi in Almuñecar

This tropical bird park opened its doors in 1987 and has an interesting selection of birds, ranging from the simple to the spectacular bird peacock, and almost everything in between, such as parrots, toucans, cockatoos, swans, ducks and even ostriches. Climb the trails and the lower slopes of the hill to the foot of the castle walls, where the caged birds reside and where the cactus garden. In the summer there are regular parrot shows for the children.

Wolf Park

Discover the private LOBO PARK in Antequera in the heart of Andalusia, an hour's drive from Malaga. The park has 4 different wolf sub-species (Canadian Timber, European, Alaska Tundra and indigenous Iberian wolves). The 40-acre protected nature park and has numerous rare plant and animal species. Unlike other parks are socialized wolves, but NOT domesticated and live in a semi-natural environment. You can enjoy a walk with a guide (Spanish and English speaking guides) in order to get these precious animals in a beautiful landscape with old oak trees and a beautiful view of El Torcal a better view.
